My Country story as told by Dave:
A aerial depiction of wet country at night symbols depict men and women hunting and gathering on country U shape are people sitting the tools beside them indicate male and female, men have spear and boomerang, women have digging sticks and gathering dish (coolomon) large circles and lines linked in the centre represent the river, smaller circles linked represent stopping points and walking trail for hunting and gathering, the kangaroo and emu tracks the men are tracking to hunt the yam plants, witchetty grub, honey ants and yams the women have gathered and the pattern of the desert landscape showing overflow of water into country and water soakage areas hand prints represent our ancestors who where here before us who cared for country and passed down knowledge for thousands of years.
